@Danny Did you just copy/paste the same thing to two people? Do you get paid per copy/paste? Are you in Sales Support?
@Everyone else. If possible, change email providers. Cox email is hacked. Don't want to debate or discuss, just trust me. If you can't change; see info below.
Username: XXXX or if your outside the country or VPN, use XXXX@cox.net
Password: XXXXX If password doesn't work, reset it to something you have never had before.
POP.3: POP.cox.net port 995 with SSL. DO NOT use east/west/central ***
IMAP5: IMAP.cox.net port 993 with SSL
SMTP: SMTP.cox.net port 465 If you don't have Apple product and want TLS 1.2, use SSL/TLS on port 587, but only if your client supports it. If Outlook, disable SPA under Advanced outgoing settings.
*** Make sure all devices are either IMAP or POP for each username. It can work both ways, but if you have many clients, it's best to use IMAP. . Using POP settings may cause issues with syncing email across all your devices. If you use POP settings, you can set the email client to Leave Messages on Server.
