I am using Mozilla Thunderbird as my client and have reset the settings to what Cox specifies, but I also continue to get these e-mail reminders as well as a letter in the mail. I have several accounts established and changed all of them when I first got these reminders. Today I received the reminder on just two of the accounts. Here are my settings:
Email Type: POP (pop.cox.net)
Incoming Port: "995"
Connection Security: "SSL/TLS"
Authentication Method: "Normal password"
Outgoing Server Name: "smtp.cox.net"
Outgoing Port: "465"
Connection Security: "SSL/TLS"
Authentication Method: "Normal password"
What is it that I have to change????
