Is deleting emails en masse the main problem?

No, the opposite. The problem is that because of the ads, my email is now constantly refreshing and can't keep up. I am forced to delete one email at a time and I CANNOT do it en masse like I want. I now have thousands that I can't even deal with because the system is slow and is always trying to load the ads instead of my emails. The worst!
- Make sure your browser is set to accept third-party cookies. Also, disable any ad-blocking browser extensions. Then log into Webmail and see if your Inbox loads correctly. Becky K. Cox Support Forums Moderator
