Edmond OK (area code 73012)

I just got off the phone with support. Outage in my area will be for 48 hrs!  This comes after two previous days of outages. Why am I still going with Cox When all my friends love AT&T fiber optic?  I mean it’s a true 1Gb up and down instead of this fluctuating service (when it works) from Cox. When I called for a refund for the loss of service on 06-16&17, they refunded a measley 11 bucks. Plus, my friend has had Cox fiber optic for 5 yrs down the road, and I keep hearing the same song and dance from Cox that it’s coming. Tonight, I was just activating a new NETGEAR router when this crash happened. This is the last straw!  I’m calling AT&T in the morning.
