EBB Apply link inop
Just returns me to my account page. Dead end path. Also live chat is inop. Phone CS just refers me back to same online pages. Yes, cache is cleared.

Try this link for the EBB, www.cox.com/.../ebb.html , you will not be able to apply until May 12th. Are you clicking on the little chat icon (blue box on the left side of the page)?
