E-mail SMPT problem when using invoicing software

I use an invoicing program called, MyInvoices and Estimates Deluxe.  I'm no longer able to e-mail out invoices from that program.  I have the same port and security settings that is used in the Thund...

The error message:   

The message wasn't able to be sent....... This may be due to an incorrect entry in the Email Preferences dialog or an incorrectly entered email address.
