Duplicate emails

I am also getting duplicate emails, even though I have a filter  set up for a particular person's emails. They appear on my inbox and also in the inbox that I set up with the filter. As a result, my inbox usage is usually close to capacity. How do I fix this? None of this happened until the "upgrade" of the email a couple months ago.

  • Hi. Please check for forwarding in your settings to make sure you have no forwarding set up. This sometimes happens with the conversion. Please let us know if this doesn't work. Thanks, Lisa - Cox Support Forums Moderator
