Duplicate emails - 2020

I searched the forum and see that many people had this same problem 3 years ago, but I did not find a solution. I get duplicates of most (but not all) of my email. I see the duplicates on Cox webmail, so the problem is NOT my email client. Please help! I get a lot of email and it very annoying to delete all these duplicates each time I check my email.

    Hi Jwente49. You may want to check the settings in webmail to see if any settings are set up like forwarding. - Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator
