Dropping connection

I work from home and connect using my internet to connect to theirs.  Throughout the day I get knock off and get a message "CISCO AnyConnect accessing bannerhealth.com" and I have to wait to be reconnected.  This happens multiple times per day and it's hard getting any work done.  I don't know if the problem is Cox or Banner conections.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Marion, we are detecting signal issues as well as tremendous packet loss. Please check to ensure that all cables are tightly secured and free of damage, and also make certain that any splitter or amplifiers you may have are in good, working condition.
