dropped connections not to mention the internet speeds are the worst! all these complaints, what is the deal COX?

the service that is supposed to be so superior, **! day after day it just get worse and worse. I have updated my router's driver, ran a speed test and getting half of what I am paying for.

look COX, if you don't want my business, just say so, I have work to do and don't have time for this **!

    Same here!  i do speed tests all day long and its just the worst.  My modem and router are all good but the service is just so bad overall.  So frustrated here!  Early in the morning or late at night speed is ok.  During peak and prime hours though its as slow as molasses.
