Downstream light never stops blinking blue "negotiating channels"

I have a Motorola SB8600 and the downstream light never stops blinking blue, which means "negotiating bonded channel(s)".

I have the modem on a single line with no splitters and nothing else is on the line.  Television is all antenna and separate.

All 32 QAM365 channels are locked.

Downstream QAM256 - 32 channels

  • Freq. (MHz) between 783.0 and 969.0
  • Pwr (dBmV) between 10.7 and 12.3
  • SRN (dB) between 42.6 and 44.1
  • Nearly no corrected

Single downstream OFDM PLC

  • Freq. (MHz) 300.0
  • Pwr (dBmV) -41.4 (yes negative)
  • SNR (dB) 0.0

Upstream Bonded - 5 SC-QAM channels

  • Symb. Rate (Ksym/sec) - 4 channels at 5120 and 1 at 2560
  • Freq. (MHz) between 12.9 and 36.9
  • Pwr (dBmV)
