Download speed over last week at 2% of plan speed

    I checked my connections.  Modem may have been a 1/20th of a turn loose.  Made no difference.

    Problem only occurs during daytime hours.  It's occurring right now.

    I think nearby school is sucking all the bandwidth in my area, since that's when I have troubles.

    I'll eliminate splitter, but am skeptical.

The signal levels are still not at the range we like seeing them. If you have already bypassed the splitter next step would be to schedule a technician out. Please email my team your full name, address, and a link to this thread, send it to cox.help@cox.com.
