downgrade internet

Why do I need preferred when I use less than 200 GB per month? Can I downgrade to Starter or Essential?

    That package you have is what gives you the speed not how much data you use. Please check this link https://bit.ly/2rnDVle and if you still want to downgrade email your full address and the primary name of the account holder to cox.Help@cox.com.
