Does Cox support WIFI calling on the ATT network?

I have ATT phone service and live in a poor service area. WIFI calling is a possibility but it requires support from the ISP. Currently I am unable to use WIFI calling due to required ports being closed. How can I set up and use WIFI calling on the Cox network. I have a NETGEAR C6300BD modem.

    FWIW WiFi calling works for me in central Oklahoma with an iPhone 6, AT&T and the preferred speed teir.
