That would be my guess! Cox seems to work very hard at doing as little as possible while maximizing revenues. Little by little, I am transitioning by Cox email accounts to Gmail so I will not be caught short.
Yet you dont offer it to new subscribers. Or at least access to it. I seem to have one in my name yet I have no access to it. Ive seen the complaints about your email service but it really is not right to continue it for old subscribers and no new ones.
