Does anyone have a resolution to this?

I have had this issue for months and no one seems to able to fix it and/or even know what I am talking about at the store, online support or phone support. I cannot access certain features of the website because it says my account is inactive. I have never had cox service ever until this address, so the moving to a new residence problem doesn't seem to fit. Can someone please help
