Does accessing Netflix through Contour use up our internet download allocation?

Accessing Netflix via your Cox Contour 2 *DEFinitely* requires using data from your monthly allotment. If you already have a Roku hooked up to a TV, based on past personal experience I would recommend using it, and not Cox Contour 2, to view Netflix.
