Disconnected me during the COVID-19 and i want to report them to FCC

According to the FCC, Cox is not suppose to disconnect anyone’s service due to the COVID-19, well they just disconnected me and i want to report them to the FCC, where do i go to do this

    aren't you supposed to tell cox why you require relief, did you?

    you don't get relief just because you don't want to pay what you agreed to.

      Sure did tell them and there response was you dont pay and we will disconnect, and they did
