Any word on when Cox will abide by the "Click to cancel" ruling by the FTC? See here. As I understand it, Cox is part of a group who is spending a lot of money to block enforcement of the ruling. IMO it should be as easy to sign up for service as it is to cancel. The only reason why it's not is because companies want to protect their bottom line by making the process harder so they lose less customers.
Cox's silence on the matter speaks volumes. Seems they are one of the bad guys in this situation.
