Deleting email
How do I change my email back so that when I delete it I can still find it in the trash? i had so many emails I had to delete someone advised me to have it permanently delete straight from the inbox....

Is this through the new webmail platform or an email client? If through the webmail, you can click on the settings icon at the top right, click settings and then finally click inbox on the left side. The option you are looking for is the first one "Permanently remove deleted emails", just uncheck that one.
