Dejon H. Is a terrible tech support

He didn’t know what to do! He said the same thing like 20 times and all it was that him saying I’m not sure let me look into that for you

    Chat or did you call in? Avoid chat like the plague. It is outsourced and horrible.

    Try Twitter to chat I found out that it works better than the Cox chat.  @CoxHelp

    Tier 1, uses a monkey script, and are not allowed to deviate from it. Unfortunately, since they are no longer technically trained, they don't comprehend what they are reading and troubleshooting, so both they and the script is useless. I know personally of an instance where the T1 agent didn't even know what an IP address was.
