Day 5 Internet Outage
Day 5 of internet outage in our neighborhood. Cox updates me by text with same messages: "Technicians continue to work to resolve the problem, there is no estimated time for when service will be restored". This is frustrating since we rely on internet to work from home and my son's home schooling. I have been using my mobile hotspot but this will consume my data. Is anyone having the same issue? I need to find another internet provider.
