Data Meter

Ok I have gone 3 weeks without the meter. at that point I lost all data from October, November and December, and the current month I was in January. Still 3 weeks later after numberous attempts to get someone to fix it, it still sits showing current usage from October. YOU want to charge us for overages, yet we cannot monitor our usage. I stream my TV service, and if this is not working, how am I suppose ot know where I stand. Its incredible the lack of service, and the amount charged for it.

Ill be so happy when March rolls around, and I can be done with COX FOREVER. In the mean time could someone fix my data meter. I will not pay a single penny for overages if you are not holding up your end.

Please send an email to: cox.help@cox.com and include your full address so I can take a look. I'll also need the account holder's full name and the Cox pin number.

I’ve been going back and forth with the Facebook support folks for over a week.. here is the ticket number. It’s unbeleivable to me that I’ve not been able to track my usage for almost 3 weeks now and suddenly. Reference CUI000006026471.

    What happens in March?

We just went over the 1024 GB limit for the first time. They charged an extra $20 for just 60+ GB of usage. So an extra 1/3 added to our bill. It's so unfair.

I'm planning on moving back to the Spectrum / TWC coverage area of my city soon.

Spectrum has no internet caps. The speeds are a bit slower at 100mbps compared to the 150mpbs I have here. But the price is also less than half.

I'm currently a renter, soon to be a homeowner.

Cox is one of the reasons we are moving to a different part of our city that has Spectrum.
