Data Caps throttling speeds

I really wish Norfolk had an option for internet. Cox has a monopoly in my area and they know it so have crap for service. I pay for gigabit service and run speed tests regularly and get 21 mbps speeds regularly and sometimes as low as 3.7 mbps. I have to restart the entire system multiple times a day to get over 500mbps speeds. This is such crap. MetroNet is coming and I cannot wait to say good bye to this horrible service. I know people who live in areas with MetroNet and Fios and guess what they don’t have caps. But we do. We are a family of 4 and go over there paltry cap mid month every month. Worst provider in VA.
