Daily modem reset
It seems most mornings I'm having to reset my modem. Had a problem with it in the past and Cox solved it without dropping some useless tech to me to give the same bad advice they gave another section/subdivision not far from me. They had the same problems and it was Cox's issue (after weeks/months of the runaround). Same thing seems to happen again.
Why?
