Daily internet outages....

My internet has an outage seems like everyday...area code 51503..anyone else having issues?

I am working from home and that makes it very difficult. When i check it shows an outage in my area

and they are working on it and gives an estimated time for it being fixed.

    Class action lawsuit?  We all paid for the promised service, yet none was delivered.

    Hello, Sorry but the issues we are having are with node congestion. The connection is going to fluctuate depending on how many customers are online at any given time. Our network teams are working to see what can be done to balance loads in over-saturated areas, but we would not be able to provide you with an estimated restoral time at this point. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

    Same bro this shits pissing me off, spent $80 on wifi I can’t use and Gotta spend 50-75 just so a tech can come over and look at it

      If the source of the problem is in our equipment or outside your house, it is our responsibility and there is no charge for the service call.
      If the issue is found to be non-Cox caused a $75 service call fee may apply. Most service calls are covered if you are subscribed to Cox Complete Care.
