Customer Service Very Bad

Was told to chat with the loyalty dept to request help since my price went from 44-64 dollars.  The agent was rude and she seemed bothered. Even during the conversation asked what would I like to do today which pretty much means "what do you want!".  Have been with cox for many years but will be cancelling my services.
