Customer service issue

I just spent an hour chatting with a representative who took almost 10 min for each reply, just sent me their copyright laws when I stated I am not able to reset my modem, then 12 minutes later I replied seeing if they were still there, they promptly ended the chat.  Is this the kind of customer service support I can expect from Cox?
