Navigating can be difficult.
Go to the Cox Home Page. Scroll down just a teensy-weensy bit..not too far. Click link to Pay Bill.
At the top of the same Home Page is a link to Contact Us.

Yes, that page reminded me of this forum. So nothing on the site itself, other than the forum. Those are not "great ways" to get in touch.
Here is some feedback I would give them: I suggest putting "great ways to get in touch" on the TOP of the "contact us" page, not the bottom, or middle.
This is the circular Catch 22
So it's not really what you had originally described. You just don't like to scroll. I recommend a wheel mouse.
