Customer service feedback LOL

I would LOOOOOOVE to give Cox -- or any cable company -- my (negative) feedback. But the ability to do that is not readily available. Hmmmmmm.

I received an email, that said, in part, "Find all ways to pay your bill at www.cox.com/residential/support/ways-to-pay-your-bill." with a link.

Clicked the link.....and.....

This is the circular Catch 22 ** from cable companies that drives me crazy. Not sure who is worse, Cox or Comcast.
