Crowdsourcing cox outages

1. Cox is not forthcoming about the extent of these problems. I’ll I’m told is a ‘node’ keeps going out.

2. Let’s coordinate. If you have a problem with your Wi-Fi in Tucson, reply yes with your zip code.

3. let’s all then meet in the cox parking lot to demand a solution.

i pay over 150 dollars a month for Wi-Fi. This is unacceptable, it’s unprofessional and needs to be resolved

  • 85711 here and have been having issues with modem dropping internet connection a few times an hour since Thursday night. It really ** when you have remote interviews for a couple of jobs and suddenly the internet is down.

  • my network keeps dropping and im even hardwired not wifi and working from home has become a expensive nightmare since i have to use my mobile hotspot....its been going out atleast 5 times a day now and its completely random

Constant outtages in 85714 as well. The past three days have been awful. I am more frustrated with the lack of clarity regarding the issue. The "We know we have an issue" while nothing gets solved is frustrating. At least give us an update.

are any of the folks posting here lawyers? Not my area, but from this forum alone, it seems cox Tucson has produced quantifiable losses while also willfully providing factually inaccurate information about the status and scope of the problem. I can personally document the lost work and impact.
