Credit for outage

My service had a chronic outrage, affected my internet for a week.  Communication was poor bc I don’t think Cox had any idea after the 1st two days when it would be fixed.  I work from home and was sick with COVID so couldn’t leave. My son’s ability to complete school work was affected too.  I got a $12 credit for 7 days after an 80 minute chat and being disconnected twice., insulting, One friend got $20 for the first night it was out and was calling back, another $50 for the week.  I haven’t had the patience yet to call back in.  To get the name changed on my account due to a death required 4 calls, resulted in 2 disconnects and 3 of 4 reps all gave me wrong info. Customer service is the worst.  I actually got told by the four person for the name change that the 3rd probably hung up on me bc everything he told me was wrong. It’s hard to believe service can be so bad but it is, assumimg it’s the company culture.
