CoxWifi hotspot connection issue

I have the same issues as another cox customer.  The CoxWiFI hotspot that I use near 4001 E Broadway Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85040 is reporting "No Internet, open" when I try and connect to it.  It has worke...

Hello Dustin,

Thank you for getting back to me. 

I'm trying to connect from Suite B14 of this address so I assume this is the one I'm trying to connect to. I didn't realize it was this close!

If you could investigate why it is not connecting to this hotspot anymore that would be great.
