CoxWifi hotspot connection issue

You can reset your modern by unplugging its power for 10 seconds then plugging the power back up. When they cycle a modem, they are generally taking about your modem by sending it a signal to reboot. 

Also,  probably not a good idea to post addresses to the forums. You don't know who could use that information.
