Cox workers using my water

Well apparently the contracted works, Versa Communications that has been work for Cox laying gigs last cable in my neighborhood thinks it’s ok to use the tap water from my house. 
I am the Willows Community in Gilbert Az. I know they used it at least 3 times since they started work in front of the house this past 2 weeks. So curious is Cox going to compensate me for the extra cost on my water bill? It’s bad enough they are always trying to find ways to get more of my money “data overages” or slowing my service to try and get me to upgrade.
