Cox webmail "upgrage"
Dear Cox,
Your new webmail interface is a 10-year step backwards. It is painfully slow; it takes a while for the login prompt to appear, and then longer to access your email. Once in, it "automatically" selects/highlights an email for you, so that if you're not aware of that, you will delete emails you didn't intend or want to. This is not a good feature.
Additionally, I've contacted cox support regarding my daughter's email account. A pop-up tells her she needs to empty her trash, but an error pop-up notifies her of a server error and won't let her. This occurs repeatedly. We've contacted customer support and reported the problem, and were referred to a level 2 technician who couldn't help. We were told we'd be referred to a level 3 technician/engineer who would contact us. It's been a week since that conversation, with no contact from Cox.
Please allow customers the option to return to the old interface while you test and fix bugs in the new one. This one obviously wasn't ready to be rolled out. The old interface was a bit kloogy, but it worked.
