COX WEB MAIL

Everything on my system runs fine except with Cox mail...it takes an extremely long time to download the mail...I have less than 20 email but it takes minutes to get into them...everything else works fine...except the mail....also I pay extra for higher internet speeds but your mail software or where every it is located is extremely slow...

    Hi Keep CBS8 and MeTV, I apologize for the time it is taking for your emails to download. We are working on our email systems and migrating email accounts from our older platform to our new email platform. This may cause some slow downs when you try to download emails.

    For those experience webmail slowness, we'd like to collect more information to investigate further. If you could email us at cox.help@cox.com with the following it would be very helpful:

    Info Needed:
    • Email Address:
    • Account Number:
    • Where slowness appears (i.e. after entering their credentials, or loading Inbox, etc.)
    • Date/ Time of attempted login:
    • Location/ Region:
    • IP: (if not sure, use http://www.whatismyip.com) IPv4 address required, IPv6 optional
