Thanks Kevin, there seems to be pretty good routes to some servers, but certain Cox routes seem to be pretty slow compared to Spectrum in the same area. Is that because Spectrum has some areas with better infrastructure?
- KevinM25 years agoFormer Moderator@gfunk4698844, there are a lot of factors that can determine latency on servers, such as packet loss, the number of hops between communicating devices, or the physical distance between the two servers (to name a few). We are unable to comment on Spectrum's infrastructure, as we are unfamiliar with their network. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
