COX Throttling to Game Servers Continued Thread (last one was locked)

    @gfunk4698844, While I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary regarding these traceroutes, I am detecting some signal issues with your modem.       Thanks Kevin, there seems to be pretty good routes to some servers, but certain Cox routes seem to be pretty slow compared to Spectrum in the same area.  Is that because Spectrum has some areas with better infrastructure?

        @gfunk4698844, there are a lot of factors that can determine latency on servers, such as packet loss, the number of hops between communicating devices, or the physical distance between the two servers (to name a few). We are unable to comment on Spectrum's infrastructure, as we are unfamiliar with their network. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
