the script is basically a monkey script, and it's useless because tier 1 is no longer provided technical training so they don't even know to ask if the cable wire is secured.
Yeah I was there when the script was being written in West Warwick Rhode Island. Never had to work with it though. Thank God.
My biggest concern is they started wanting the CAG to use it, my question, WHY? If it didn't work for the first level of support, what changes when the exact same script is used again? A script will never compete with a competently trained technician.
Reminds me of when we had to go for training(basically learning the script) in Cox Business(CB) in order to learn how to sell the CB version of Cox Tech Solutions(CTS). It was ironic because a lot of CB reps. had worked in the CTS before it was outsourced. I refused to sell it to anyone, unless they specifically asked for it. It was one of the reasons I ended up leaving Cox.
