Cox Support is now deleting the threads that complain about packet loss

I tried recreating this thread but seems like Cox Support is deleting the threads.

Anycase, tiffanyr I have followed your helpful steps by restarting my modem and connecting to it with wired connection. What are the next steps? 

Here is the data from last 24h that show the connection is fine between 11pm-8am but degrades a lot during peak time (the the big red block is the time I had to switch the connection to another computer).

    Get on over to DSLReports if you haven't already. The Cox forum there isn't nearly as active as this one but it is still one other place to post (it is also monitored by Cox employees, from what I understand).
