Hi Latitia,
Yes I am looking for a modem only device that has eMTA capability. I do not want a combination modem/WiFi device as I have a new outstanding router which I want to use. The TM3402 nicely fits the bill and according to the Cox Certified Modem site, the TM3402 is available in Arizona regardless of the tier you are currently on. How can I get one?
