Cox is no longer accepting new Email accounts

Since Cox is no longer accepting new Email Accounts, I can only assume that there will be less support for grandfathered Email accounts.  I continue to have trouble sending and receiving Emails latel...

IMAP.  All server ports have been verified with Cox.  everything works after re-booting the computer.  But his is quite cumbersome just to send mail.

    Is the Authentication Box checked?
