cox internet package order and the actual internet service account was not same!!!

I made a cox internet package order for Fiber250M+ pano wifi + complete care via coxcablespecial.com and I got my order confirmation email including all the package details and scheduled installation...

And you asked me to provide my account PIN in public ? I just replied to your message and it seems like that's going to visible in public.. I thought PIN are only to keep ourselves? I tried to reply you in email but it's no-reply email.
