Hello. Is this happening with all devices in the home or just one? Also, what speeds do your devices get when this issue happens? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

YES! THIS HAPPENS ON ALL MY SMART TVS AND EVEN OUR PHONES, REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY DEVICES ARE CONNECTED. EVEN IF IT IS JUST MY PC I GET 30% PACKET LOSS EVERY SINGLE NIGHT AND IT STARTS AT THE SAME. EXACT. TIME. EVERY NIGHT!!!!! 7:58 PM CST. ITS THROTTLING. IVE HAD 3 TECHS COME OUT AND EVERYTHING TEST AND RUNS FINE DURING THE DAY! NO ISSUES, UNUSABLE AFTER 7:58PM. THIS IS WHAT IS GOING TO MAKE ME SWITCH SERVICES, CURRENTLY CONTACTING OTHER INTERNET PROVIDERS, SOMEONE IN MY AREA CAN PROVIDE ME WITH STABLE INTERNET IF COX CANNOT GET THERE STUFF TOGETHER,.

WITH ALL DEVICES OFF AND JUST MY PC CONNECTED SAME ISSUE, SO ITS NOT AN OVERLOAD ISSUE.
