there is a way to block a sender. a tech walked me thru the long way, but there might be an easier way. if you click on an email more icons come up in the ribbon with the reply/forward/trash etc. at the end is a symbol of 3 parallel lines (i think THEY call it a hamburger!) click on that and one of the expanded choices is "block sender."
you can also set "filter rules" for your inbox, but that's a little more complicated. a patient tech walked me thru all my settings because mail was going into spam that wasn't spam. i had a whole list of blocked senders....that i did not put there!
and yes, they messed me up in july & i'm currently experiencing still more issues. i haven't had time to call. and now my husband can't get mail at all. and yes, this far into it after forwarding to spamreport@cox.net & thisisnotspam@cox.net for 7 months now...they still put good stuff in the spam & the spam...comes directly to the in box. i have notice some improvement lately. but of course we're doing the work!
