When I signed up for Webmail 20+ yrs ago, I used my full name. Now, I don't want that info on Yahoo. How do I change my user name to something less personnal?
Hi, Jane. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We no longer have any control over email and cannot add a new account or change your address. I wish I had better news. Yahoo may be able to help you set up a new account. All currently available information can be found at https://www.cox.com/emailmove.

Link isn't working:
404 ERROR: PAGE NOT FOUND
We can't find that page, but we can still help.

I "saved" all my emails I wanted, now, can I delete the account? That would save me from transitioning over to Yahoo at all, right? Then I changes all the email addresses I could remember to another account, that saves me from losing touch.

If I understand you correctly, you are asking if you may delete your Cox.net account. If you want to do that, you certainly can, though you want to delete it from Yahoo if you have already selected the transition link. Also, I apologize for the difficulty with the link. It works fine from here and redirects to another URL. https://www.cox.com/emailmove should redirect you to https://www.cox.com/residential/support/coxnet-email-transitioning-to-yahoo.html if your browser cooperates. I hope this is helpful.
