BTW, can I ask what state you are in? I am tracking which areas are being transitioned and when.

Thank you for your post. All currently available information can be found at https://www.cox.com/emailmove but at this time we don't have any dates confirmed. Customers will begin receiving email communications 60 days prior to migration. I hope this helps explain.

Thanks for jumping in here; frankly this is a very frustrating process. I have read that document "several" times and have follow up detail questions. The 60 days was one (why isn't that formerly stated in the email0. Also, I have 6 email cox email account address; why did I receive only one announcing the transfer. The documentation indicates that all (each) cox email addresses will be preserved individually. When we do the transfer can we assume we can do one at a time (to preserve individual content etc). I don't have a problem doing the steps 6 times, frankly I prefer it so I can keep each cox address intact. I have heard there will be 3 email communications (I have only received one). Why didn't Cox communicate that upfront. Instead, here we are hunting for little pieces or clues as to what is happening. This approach creates mis information, guesses and more confusion and frustration.
I did send a list of questions to Cox cox.help@cox.com yesterday. Hopefully that group will be helpful.
