Yahoo allows for multiple email addresses. I already have two.
Just add your Cox.net address(s) into the Yahoo App, or use the web interface, or use a 3rd Party email App. Both POP and IMAP are supported.

TY,
Not to appear stupid, but, I'd login to yahoo mail using my yahoo sign in, and then just add the cox.net email, correct?

Most Cox customers probably don't have a Yahoo email account already. So It shouldn't be necessary to login with an existing Yahoo account. Once you are notified that your account has been transferred, you'd just login to Yahoo using your existing Cox full email address and password.

Negative. It seems like (according to the document anyway) when you go to yahoo, you sign in with the same info you did here on Cox to access the cox account. IE you sign in with username@cox.net and whatever your password was to access your cox webmail.
Alternatively though, I supposed you COULD log into your main yahoo and then just add the cox.net email too.- Dar_recording_e11 months agoNew Contributor
TY, again. I'm stressing out over this, hopefully needlessly. I hope the transition goes without a glitch. Not very happy with Cox right now though, especially since they just raised their prices, and are now doing away with what for me is a huge service.
