Cox Billing Service

I am starting to look for service elsewhere. Everytime I pay a bill, a week or 2 later you are still shutting off service and it's always for a higher amount then the previous balance I had when I paid. You are adding too many extra charges to always have me owing a minimum of $150 every 2 weeks (just for internet), like WTF. Then you send emails n letters stating I owe $375 just out of the blue.  Regardless of due dates, that's the petty part. When I make a payment, you don't cut my service off the following week just because the due date passed. Work with your customers. Cox is ridiculous. They are not compassionate when people are having hard times. They will shut you off regardless if you work from home and have home schooled kids. I am paying Cox bills every two **bleep** weeks not once a month like normal people. Never again. Switching to Quantum Fiber. And I'm glad I participated in the class action lawsuit pending right now. Your billing cycles are unfair and absurd!
